TERMS OF SERVICE

This service agreement provides terms and conditions relevant to the services you are ordering from Amazing Business Plans. By placing an order and making payment, you indicate your acceptance of our terms of service.

ACCURATE INFORMATION

Amazing Business Plans, and its staff, will not be responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information contained in material supplied to us as part of the document writing service. As our client, you are responsible for the content and final checking of all documents.

As the client, you are responsible for finalising your documents’ completeness and accuracy. We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies. We will work with you through the document edit phase to make this finalisation and proofreading process smooth, but it is ultimately your responsibility to review and finalise your documents.

PROJECT SCOPE

Amazing Business Plans will develop high quality documents (such as business plans, strategy proposals, marketing material or other business documents) based on your brief and collaboration. Use of your documents is your responsibility.

Amazing Business Plans offers no guarantees to its clients as a result of using our services. For all services purchased, it is important for you, the client, to know that it is a collaborative process between us. The client acknowledges and understands that while Amazing Business Plans is committed to our client’s success, we cannot guarantee it.

EDITS AND AMENDMENTS

Included in the fee for service is a reasonable number of edits and amendments to your documents. We will continue to amend your documents until you approve and accept it.

FILE FORMAT

Amazing Business Plans will provide an electronic (soft) copy of most documents in MS Word format, which is the preferred software used by the majority of hiring managers and online job application systems. Other software such as Excel and PowerPoint may be used as appropriate.

Due to technical differences in the equipment of our clients, Amazing Business Plans is not responsible if the file does not appear as intended on your computer. If your computer does not display the resume as intended, we can provide a PDF file, which is viewable with Acrobat Reader.

GUARANTEES, EXCLUSIONS AND WARRANTY

The Amazing Business Plans team will spend considerable and appropriate time developing your documents, however we do not offer any guarantees. We have built our business on referrals and repeat business, but we have no control over how you use the document, your competitive market, or economic conditions.

Services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. By placing an order, you indicate acceptance and understanding of this agreement and release Amazing Business Plans (and related businesses) from any and all liability.

PAYMENT

Once you engage our services and provide any required existing documents or information, we will agree on timeframes and provide you with a fixed price quote detailing the services we will deliver. Full payment is due prior to commencement of writing.

Express jobs (that require generally less than seven days turnaround) may attract a loading on our usual rate.

By making payment to Amazing Business Plans, you acknowledge and accept these terms & conditions in their entirety.

DOCUMENT STORAGE AND UPDATING

We will securely store your completed documents in our storage system. Should you need a copy of your documents some time in the future, we can provide them to you upon your request. A service fee may apply. Should you contact us at future date to update your documents or prepare new documents, we can use your existing documents as the starting point which will save both time and money.
